Shipping & Delivery• Price includes shipping charges.

will be sent United States Postal Service priority mailing or ground delivery
• Allow 1 to 1-1/2 week for online orders and 2weeks for check orders-(after
check clears the bank)
• Insurance is extra. Will not be responsible for
items if insurance is not purchased.

Returns/Damage policy
No returns all items are handmade. If your order arrives damaged you
must contact me @ Joyce’s Creative Crafts and work with the carrier to file a
claim. They will normally want to see the entire order (all contents and all
original packing material). I will receive the claim for processing for the
identical order. Remember to save any and all original packaging and then
contact the carrier Return Policy. Do not repack and do not return the damaged
items to us unless you are instructed to do so. This will void the insurance and
we will not be able to replace your order.
